Initial Assessment

During the Initial Assessment appointment, your provider will gather information about your concerns, including relevant history, symptoms and behaviors, and goals. Your provider will then provide clinical recommendations for your care, including the best package to meet your goals. This appointment is included in our Therapy Plan.
