In 2025, new federal regulations targeting healthcare funding resulted in significant tension, confusion, and uncertainty throughout the industry. Insurance companies were compelled to terminate contracts with providers, leading to the closure of a local primary care and behavioral health program, which in turn caused staff layoffs and disruption of patient care.
RISE Integrative Wellness exists to challenge the status quo in mental health care. Grounded in a commitment to exceptional, compassionate service, the practice confronts systemic failures head‑on and advances forward‑thinking models designed to create lasting, equitable change.

About Our Progam
RISE Integrative Wellness is a direct mental health care practice based in California that offers monthly membership care plans. We firmly believe care decisions should exclusively be made between the patient and their provider. For this reason, we do not accept any insurance. As a telehealth program, you can access care in the comfort of your own home. We are dedicated to providing high quality care at an affordable price and accessible to everyone.

Meet Alicia Dominguez
Alicia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California, with a Master’s in Social Work from USC and an MBA from UC Irvine. Her career began in clinical practice, where she saw firsthand how difficult it was for clients to navigate a fragmented and often inequitable mental health system. Those experiences fueled her decision to pursue an MBA, strengthening her leadership and business skills so she could advocate for meaningful change. She didn’t yet know that this path would ultimately lead her to build a company committed to reimagining how mental health care is delivered.
Today, as the CEO of Rise Integrative Wellness, Alicia is dedicated to expanding access to high‑quality, evidence‑based care and creating a model that honors both patients and providers. It is a privilege to do this work, and she is grateful for the opportunity to support you on your journey.
